Your anonymous ID and rank score are visible on public leaderboards. Other users can view your profile details if they click on your anonymous ID (if they are authenticated).

Yes, you can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your Account page. Your Pro access will continue until the end of your billing period.
Make sure your file is in PDF or DOCX format and under 10MB. If it's a scanned PDF, try converting it to a text-based PDF. Password-protected files are not supported.
Our AI analyzes resumes automatically, but sometimes it may miss information. Make sure your resume is well-formatted and clearly structured. You can use the Resume Improver to get suggestions.
Make sure you've submitted a resume. Your ranking appears on the leaderboard after your resume is processed. If you're logged in, check the "Your Rank" card at the top of the leaderboard.
