By accessing and using ResuRank ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use ResuRank for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on ResuRank
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

By uploading your resume or any content to ResuRank, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Create derivative works from your content
  • Sell, license, or otherwise commercialize your content and data
  • Share your content with third parties for any purpose

You acknowledge that once you submit content, it may be sold or shared with third parties, and we have no obligation to remove it from third-party systems.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
  • To transmit any malicious code or viruses
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user
  • To engage in any automated use of the system
  • To interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by ResuRank and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

In no event shall ResuRank or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on ResuRank, even if ResuRank or a ResuRank authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

9. Accuracy of Materials

The materials appearing on ResuRank could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. ResuRank does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current.

10. Links

ResuRank has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by ResuRank of the site.

11. Modifications

ResuRank may revise these terms of service at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.

12. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

13. Data Selling Acknowledgment

By using ResuRank, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  • We may sell, license, or share your resume data and personal information with third parties
  • This includes recruiters, data brokers, marketing companies, and other commercial entities
  • Once your data is sold or shared, we have no control over how third parties use it
  • We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from third-party use of your data
  • You waive any right to compensation for the sale or licensing of your data
